HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Leija

Micheal Anthony Leija, of 610 W. Orange St., Greenville, Michigan; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); controlled substance possession — narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Probable cause hearing: March 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

• Daniel James-Denzel Stocks, of 5701 S. Oneida Tr., New Era; OCSO; second-offense operating while intoxicated. Due date: March 31. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
• James Darin Grabinski, of 4867 W. Adams Rd., Pentwater; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 13 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Kevin Lee Strahan, of 50 N. Shaw St., Hesperia; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: April 13 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Adrian Quinton Green, of 1350 E. Wilcox Ave., White Cloud; OCSO; failure to stop at a property damage accident and operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash.
• Taylor Marie Guthrie, of 2165 W. Chauvez Rd., Scottville; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 20 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Richard Lee Wiegand, of 1890 Leahy St., Muskegon; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
• Matthew Carl Duel, of 4212 N. 120th Ave., Hart; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 13 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
