51st Circuit Court sentencings, March 23, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Paul Allen Berger, 54, of 3656 Railroad Ave., Mears, was found guilty Jan. 9, 2023 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced March 20, 2023 to seven months in jail with credit for six days served; two years probation; and $1,048 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.
Ilana Yung Joo Lee Fischer, of 1351 Wolfcreek Rd., Columbus, Indiana, was found guilty Jan. 9, 2023 of two counts of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance less than 50 grams and was sentenced March 20,
2023 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $726 in fines and costs. Charges of controlled substance possession, analogues possession and delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy were dismissed.
Brandon William Huertas, 27, of 3015 Schafer Rd., Pinkney, Michigan, was found guilty Jan. 9, 2023 of two counts of delivery/manufacture of a controlled
substance less than 50 grams and was sentenced March 20, 2023 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 18 months probation; and $726 in fines and costs. Charges of controlled substance possession (schedule 5 — LSD, etc.) and delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy were dismissed.
