The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:
Friday, March 17, 2023:
- 9:30 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 36-year-old New Era man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated and violating a restricted license, North Oceana Drive, Weare Township.
- 9:45 p.m., (Michigan State Police, Hart post), a 32-year-old Fremont man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, 5600 block of Oneida Trail, Grant Township. A methamphetamine possession charge is being sought pending lab analysis.
- 11:31 p.m., (OCSO), a 35-year-old Mishawaka, Indiana man was arrested for violating a personal protection order, Double JJ Resort, Grant Township. A possession of dangerous drugs charge is being sought pending lab analysis.
Saturday, March 18, 2023:
- 9:51 p.m., (OCSO), breaking and entering, liquor was stolen, 5800 block of East Garfield Road, Greenwood Township.
Sunday, March 19, 2023:
- 8:17 p.m., (OCSO), a 32-year-old Holton man was cited for driving while license suspended, 192nd Avenue, Greenwood Township.
Monday, March 20, 2023:
- 3:36 a.m., (OCSO), a 45-year-old Hesperia man is a suspect in a domestic violence incident, North 192nd Avenue, Leavitt Township.
