2:50 p.m., harassment complaint, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
4:15 p.m., found property, 600 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
4:35 p.m., animal complaint, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
11:21 p.m., a 50-year-old Grant man was cited for driving while license suspended and a 36-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, Griswold Street and Polk Road, City of Hart. The Hart man was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
