79th District Court sentencings, March 14, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Donal Marion Barnes, of 702 S. Dryden St., Hart was found guilty of driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $525 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.

Yvette Bryanne Guerrrero, of 5675 S. Pine Valley Rd., Ludington, was found guilty March 3 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. One count of operating without a license was dismissed.

Sabino De La Cruz Santos, of 1259 11th St., Des Moines, Iowa, was found guilty March 3 of operating without a license and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs.

Matthew Marcel Johnston, of 5174 Onsikamme St., Montague, was found guilty March 3 of failure to wear hunter orange and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs. One count of using/possessing a semiautomatic rifle/shotgun was dismissed.

Jennie Lurene Bromley, of 47 Oceana Dr., New Era, was found guilty March 3 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. One count of operating without a license was dismissed.

Ivan Eduardo Madrigal-Vasquez, of 5865 W. 6th St., Mears, was found guilty March 2 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs. One count of improper license was dismissed.

Christine Anne Day, of 6537 E. Glen Lane, Fountain, was found guilty March 2 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $425 in fines and costs. One count of improper license was dismissed.

Darin Colt Cunningham, of 2265 S. 186th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty March 2 of shining with weapon in possession and was sentenced to $435 in fines and costs. One count of uncased firearm in vehicle was dismissed.

Kelly Jean Alfrejd, of 3689 W. McKinley Rd., Montague, was found guilty Feb. 17 of failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs.

Kevin Thomas Hilliard, of 215 E. Daniels Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty March 13 of operating without a license and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to Secretary of State.

Adrian Belmares, of 4614 N. 180th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty March 10 of extreme fire hazard conditions and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. One count of illegal disposal of solid waste dismissed. In a separate file, one count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
