HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Arturo Ysabel-G Lopez, of 3763 S. Oceana Dr., New Era; OCSO; larceny from a motor vehicle. Probable cause hearing: March 21 at 1 p.m. Bail:

Cyanna Marie Rogers, of 8878 N. Water Wonderland, Branch; OCSO; methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: March 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Dakota Michael Pollett, 7524 E. M 20, Hesperia; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 27 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Gerald Ernest Wambaugh III, of 3381 8th St., Muskegon Heights; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 27 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Abisai Guereca, of 480 Fowler St., Shelby; OCSO; operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: April 27 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Karolyn Buozis, of 520 E. Main St., Hart; OCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: April 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/PR.

Daniel Prado, of 3525 N. 132nd Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; improper license. Pretrial: April 20 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Michael Joseph Rogers, of 8430 S. Oceana Dr., Montague; OCSO; operating without insurance and improper license. Pretrial: April 13 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Edward Pete Hammond, Jr., of 541 N. Tulip Ave., White Cloud; OCSO; transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: March 30 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Mary Terry Marciniak, of 1225 E. Wilke Rd., Rothbury; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating without insurance. Pretrial: March 30 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Teresa Elaine Terebinski, of 95 N. State St., Hesperia; OCSO; possession of open intoxicants. Pretrial: April 13 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR. 

Mayra Del Car Escobedo-Mendoza, of 1404 N. York Rd., Hart; MSP; operating without insurance. Pretrial: March 30 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
