HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Damian Michael Wilder, of 415 State St., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); felonies of unarmed robbery and assaulting/resisting/obstructing
police and a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Probable cause hearing: March 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Kevin Steven Bennett, of 3404 N. 140th Ave., Hart; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: March 14 at 1 p.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.
Lucas Benjamin Abuja, of 7990 E. White Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Probable cause hearing: March 14 at 1 p.m. Bail:
$1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Cameron Scott Golightly, of 3527 W. Webster Rd., Montague; OCSO; methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: March 14 at 1 p.m.
Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Nicole Leigh Payne, of 3164 Tahoe Trail, New Era; Michigan State Police (MSP); third-offense operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing: March 14 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Christopher Lee Gasparas, of 8776 N. 10th Ave., Pentwater; OCSO; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Frank Anthony Melchor, of 3990 W. Baker Rd., Shelby; OCSO; fugitive from justice. Extradition hearing: March 21 at 2 p.m. Bail: $100,000/cash/surety.
Melchor is wanted in Hendry County, Florida for a firearms violation and
probation/parole violation, according to OCSO Lt. Shane Hasty.
Misdemeanors
Rodolfo Alonso Flores, of 1599 W. Shelby Rd., SPD; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 20 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.
Michael Alan Rosencrans, of 6564 E. Gale Rd., Hesperia; MSP; operating while intoxicated and improper license. Pretrial: April 20 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.
Billy Allen Sharnowski, of 4386 N. 188th Ave., Walkerville; Hart Police Department (HPD); malicious use of telecommunications. Pretrial: March 23 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Jarrod R. Stokes, 2782 Lakeshore Rd., Twin Lake; OCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: March 30 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal recognizance (PR).
Juan Francisco Vela Legos, of 309 Wigton St., Hart; OCSO; transporting open intoxicants and DWLS. Pretrial: April 13 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
Dylan Damian Foster, of 408 Thomas St., Scottville; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 13 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.
Jonathan Loren Wishman, of 1464 N. 100th Ave., Hart; OCSO; disorderly conduct — drunk. Pretrial: April 13 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Amber Rae Kokx, of 3751 Washington Rd., Pentwater; MSP; operating without insurance and DWLS. Pretrial: March 16 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
Jordan Jeffrey Hernandez, of 5893 S. 44th Ave., New Era; MSP; operating without a license and operating without insurance. Pretrial: March 16 at 10: 15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
Vaughn Alvin Guild, of Newaygo (street address not listed); MSP; DWLS. Pretrial: March 23 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
Adam Charles Lathrop, of 349 N. Brucker Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; unlawful license plate and open intoxicants. Pretrial: March 23 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
Clifford Brian Upson, of 2486 S. Getty St., Muskegon; MSP; operating without insurance and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: March 30 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
