51st Circuit Court sentencings, March 1, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced Monday, Feb. 27, 2023 in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Dold

Willard Benton Dold, of 1959 N. Young Rd., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 8, 2021 of carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced Feb. 27, 2023 to 68 days in jail with credit for 68 days served; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs. A second count of carrying a concealed weapon was dismissed.

Jason Darrell James, of 580 W. Buchanan Rd., Shelby, was found

guilty of probation and sentenced Feb. 27, 2023 to one year in jail with credit for 377 days served; and previous fines and costs imposed remain due and owing. Probation stems from a Sept. 27, 2021 conviction of carrying a concealed weapon.

Zachary Lee Olgon Thomas, of 1351 Wolfcreek Rd., Columbus, Indiana, was found guilty Dec. 5, 2022 of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 18 months probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Charges of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and possession of analogues were dismissed. (mugshot unavailable.)

Addington

Jacob Charles Addington, of 1119 Pine St., Muskegon, was found guilty Dec. 5, 2022 of two counts of forgery and was sentenced Feb. 27, 2023 to 14 days in jail with credit for 14 days served; two years probation; and $666 in fines and costs.

Andrew Lee Madole, of 3676 Paulsen Dr., Muskegon, was found guilty

Dec. 5, 2022 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Feb. 27, 2023 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs. 

Karolyn Kay Buozis, of 520 E. Main St., Hart, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Feb. 27, 2023 to 28 days in jail with

credit for 28 days served; one year probation; Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) for 30 days; and previous fines and costs imposed remain due and owing.
