HART — The following proceedings recently occurred in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Arraignments

Felonies

Gill

Isaac Robert Gill, of 360 W. Main St., Walkerville; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); methamphetamine possession and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Brett Aaron Sanford, of 620 Teal Lane, Traverse City; Michigan State Police (MSP); larceny in a building. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 28 at

1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Misdemeanor

Nicole Leigh Payne, of 3164 W. Tahoe Trail, New Era; MSP; operating while intoxicated with an occupant under age 16. Due date: March 1, 2023. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Sentencings

Isaac Robert Gill, of 360 W. Main St., Walkerville, was found guilty Feb. 10 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Kristopher James Kubany, of 5474 W. Hammett Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty Feb. 16 of improper license and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
