Karlie Rae Zmrzlik, of 523 W. Water St., Hart; welfare fraud — failure to inform $500 or more. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Randy Facundo, of 5408 W. 5th St., Mears; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: March 30 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.

Brett Michael Parrish, of 1706 W. Decker Rd., Scottville; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 30 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Brandon Steven Rudd, of 3037 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: March 16 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety. 

Roy Daniel Bolan, Jr., of 3615 64th Ave., Hart; MSP; breaking and entering — illegal entry. Pretrial: March 16 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Sean W. Johnson, of 4940 S. 180th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; failure to stop for a property damage accident. Pretrial: March 16 at 10 a.m. Bail: $25/cash/surety.

Sierra Topaz Goods, of 1837 Moulton Ave., Muskegon; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 16 at 9 a.m. Bail: $10/cash.

Raymond Jake Summerskill, of 6441 E. Filmore Rd., Walkerville; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: March 2 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

William Henry Brown, of 8948 Warner Ave., Bitely; OCSO; operating without a license and operating without insurance. Pretrial: March 16 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Israel Barrios, of 2415 W. Meadow Lane, Rothbury; OCSO; improper license. Pretrial: March 2 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Kevin Lee Strahan, of 50 Shaw St., Hesperia; MSP; DWLS. Pretrial: March 16 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Billy Richard Huszar, 3591 N. Water Rd., New Era; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: March 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Jeffrey Allen Anderson, of 4120 McKinley Rd., Montague; MSP; DWLS. Pretrial: March 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
