HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies

Meredith Anne Cushman, of 6441 E. Fillmore Rd., Walkerville; OCSO;
methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Karlie Rae Zmrzlik, of 523 W. Water St., Hart; welfare fraud — failure to inform $500 or more. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Daniel Peter Sampson-Phillips, of 1077 Shonat St., Muskegon; OCSO; analogues possession. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $3,500/PR.
Jake Duane Kaiser III, of 709 Moulton Ave., Muskegon; MSP; carrying a
concealed weapon. Competency hearing: Feb. 14 at 10 a.m. Bail: $10,000/PR.

Daniel James Milutin, of 3862 S. Riverview Dr., Hesperia, OCSO; high-
court misdemeanor of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) second-offense domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/security bond.
Amanda Rae McMann, of 260 S. Sessions Rd., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 16 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Randy Facundo, of 5408 W. 5th St., Mears; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: March 30 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.
Brett Michael Parrish, of 1706 W. Decker Rd., Scottville; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 30 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.
Brandon Steven Rudd, of 3037 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: March 16 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.
Roy Daniel Bolan, Jr., of 3615 64th Ave., Hart; MSP; breaking and entering — illegal entry. Pretrial: March 16 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
