The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:

Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023:

• 7:59 a.m., motorist assist, 500 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.
• 12:28 p.m., suspicious situation,  2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
• 3:09 p.m., a 40-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, Polk Road and US 31 Expressway, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Friday, Feb. 10, 2023:

• 8:22 a.m., wellbeing check, 400 block of Union Street, City of Hart.
• 8:41 a.m., suspicious situation, 400 block of Jefferson Street, City of Hart
• 9:05 a.m., suspicious situation, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
• 12:04 p.m., assault and battery, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 11:05 p.m., suspicious situation, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023:

• 3:32 a.m., wellbeing check, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 12:47 p.m., medical assist, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
• 9:30 p.m., a 45-year-old Ludington man was cited for operating without a license, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart.

Sunday, Feb. 12th, 2023:

• 11:13 a.m., animal complaint, Courtland and Church streets, City of Hart.
• 3:57 p.m., a 65-year-old Hart woman was cited for operating while intoxicated, 400 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 10:27 p.m., family trouble, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.

Monday, Feb. 13, 2023:

• 10:40 a.m., motorist assist, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 6:32 p.m., peacekeeping, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.

Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2023:

• 1:58 a.m., medical assist, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
• 4:40 a.m., shots fired complaint, 20 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 1:05 p.m., fraud complaint, 500 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
