HART — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Earl Jay Vanderleest, of 6720 M 20, Hesperia; Michigan State Police (MSP); third-offense domestic violence. Bail: $750/cash/surety. 

Duane Sexton, of 3345 W. Madison Rd., Hart; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); assault with a dangerous weapon/felonious assault.

Johnathan Robert McClernan, of 5576 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; operating with a high blood alcohol content and failure to report an accident. Pretrial: March 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.

Amanda Lynn Dougherty, of 2325 S. 64th Ave., Shelby; OCSO; abandoning/cruelty to an animal. Pretrial: March 2 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Breehona Arleen Ball, of 5262 E. High Tower Lake Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; assault and battery and malicious destruction of property less than $200. Pretrial: March 2 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Daniel James Mulitin, of 3862 S. Riverview Dr., Hesperia; OCSO; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: March 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Tyler Ray Billings, of 4239 E. Yonker Rd., Hesperia; MSP; failure to stop at a personal injury accident and failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Feb. 23 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

William Wirt House, of 585 S. 132nd Ave., Shelby; OCSO’ operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 2 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Melissa Ann West, of 641 W. Lakewood Rd., Twin Lake; OCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: March 2 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $100/cash/surety.

Kevin Mark Taylor, of 288 McLaren St., Hesperia; OCSO; concealing a motor vehicle with intent to mislead. Pretrial: March 16 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Jeffrey Dean McCann, Jr., of 63 W. 6th St., Shelby; OCSO; operating while intoxicated and failure to report a property damage accident. Due date: Feb. 16. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Jeffrey Scott Decheny, Jr., of 5299 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 23 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Charles Peter Westfall, of 6985 W. Indian Bay Rd., Montague; OCSO; disorderly person — obscene conduct. Pretrial: March 16 at 9 a.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Joshua James Hanes, of 7451 W. 4 Mile Rd., Hesperia; MSP; DWLS and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

De Andre Bergen, of 715 S. State St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); operating while intoxicated and improper license. Pretrial: March 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Matthew Edward Pawlowski, of 5357 S. 136th Ave., Rothbury; OCSO; transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 1:30 p.m.

Lara Nichole Smith, of 5839 W. 5th St., Mears; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $100/cash/surety.

Teodoro Brito-Bahena, of 301 Hawley St., Shelby; OCSO; operating without a license. Pretrial: Feb. 9 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Nicole Marie Smith, of 8500 William St., Montague; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Linda Kay Fouch, of 3315 8th St., Muskegon Heights; OCSO; failure to report an accident and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Feb. 9 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
