51st Circuit Court sentencings, Jan. 26, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Nikolas Paul Martin, of 139 S. Menes St., Walkerville, was found guilty Jan. 23, 2023 of probation violation and was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for 14 days served and $990 in outstanding fines, costs and restitution previously ordered. Probation stems from a Jan. 10, 2022 conviction of unlawful driving away of an automobile/car theft.
Paul Madison Phillips, of 2116 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, was found guilty Jan. 23, 2023 of probation violation and was sentenced to 344 days in jail with credit for 314 days served and $490 in outstanding fines,
costs and restitution previously ordered. Probation stems from a Feb. 16, 2021 conviction of breaking and entering with intent.
Craig Walter Hatfield, of 7720 135th Ave., Stanwood, was found guilty
Oct. 24, 2022 of failure to comply with sex offender reporting duties and was sentenced Jan. 23, 2023 to 10 months in jail with credit for 124 days served and $598 in fines and costs.
Trad Paul Sheafor, of 5825 W. 7th St., Mears, was found guilty Sept. 12, 2022 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Jan. 23, 2023 to five months in jail with credit for 45 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Foster Lewis Mudget, of 2668 E. Vanburen Rd., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 24, 2022 of two counts of assaulting/resisting;obstructing police and was sentenced Jan. 23, 2023 to
six months in jail with credit for 131 days served; two years probation; and $666 in fines and costs. One felony count of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.
Jordan Lee Leventhal, of 11 Knights Key Blvd., Marathon, Florida, was found guilty Oct. 24, 2022 of delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug and was sentenced Jan. 23, 2023 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
Deshanna Marrie George, of 816 Forrest Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 28, 2022 of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine less
than 50 grams and was sentenced Jan. 23, 2023 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Three additional counts of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams were dismissed.
