HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Hiscott

Kyle Gerald Hiscott, of 140 S. Rush St., Pentwater; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); third-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Probable cause hearing: Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Darin Colt Cunningham, of 2265 S. 186th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; possession of firearms

Cunningham

by a felon. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 17. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Todd Allen Smith, of 2132 N. 56th Ave., Mears; OCSO; methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Kevin Scott Lewis, of 7725 S. 100th Ave., Rothbury; OCSO; larceny in a building.

Smith

Probable cause hearing: Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Gary William Rocks, of 353 3rd Ave., Pentwater; OCSO; operating while intoxicated.

Lewis

Pretrial: March 3 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Jonathan Mendoza-Vasquez, of 19 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 2 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Isabella Ann Ayala, of 1389 Lakeshore Dr., Muskegon; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 2 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.

Paul Brian King, of 1378 East St., Muskegon; Michigan State Police; DWLS.  Pretrial: Feb. 9 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
