HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Craig Anthony Skirnski, of 395 N. Elm St., Shelby; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); third-offense domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Juan Clemente Quintero, of 4164 N. 120th Ave., Hart; OCSO; narcotic/cocaine possession and a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Competency hearing: Jan. 10. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Ronald Sylvester Cletus Monroe, of 4055 White River Dr., Hesperia; OCSO; methamphetamine possession and misdemeanors of illegal disposal of solid waste and improper license. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Stephan Robert Lindley, of 512 S. Courtland St., Hart; Hart Police Department; second-degree home invasion. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Jajuantae Jalee Trotter, of 178 Forest St., Muskegon; State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. (Mugshot unavailable)

Joseph Scott Summerskill, of 6539 E. Fillmore Rd., Walkerville; OCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Plea/sentencing hearing: Jan. 10. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Robert Matthew Delgado, of 100 Hilltop Dr., Hart; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Bryan Paul King, of 1378 East St., Muskegon; MSP; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 9 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Lindsey Christine Estep, of 15004 16th Ave., NE, Marne’ OCSO; improper license. Pretrial: March 3 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Maurice Dewayne Darnell Walker, of 155 S. Wildwood, Ludington; MSP; operating without a license. Pretrial: Jan. 26 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Adrian Belmares, of 4614 N. 180th Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; illegal disposal of solid waste and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Feb. 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Donal Sanchez Delapaz, of 265 Laurel St., Walkerville; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Feb. 2 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Holly Mae Back, of 9145 E. Harrison Rd., Walkerville; OCSO; operating an unregistered vehicle and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Jan. 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Jonathan Edward Waldeck, of 7140 S. Westshore Dr., Rothbury; MSP; improper license and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Feb. 2 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
