Zachary Bundy Leslie, of 5020 S. Water Rd., New Era; Hart Police Department (HPD); unlawful driving away of an automobile/car theft. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 10 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Donny Ron Morris, of 2337 16 Mile Rd., Cedar Springs; OCSO; uttering and publishing a state warrant. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 3. Bail:

Simon Gabriel Saldana, of 6415 Garfield Rd., Hesperia; Michigan State Police (MSP); two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 10 at

Darrel Grant Cole, of 6263 Van Buren Rd., Walkerville; MSP; unlawful motor vehicle use. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 3. Bail: $250/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

Erick John Roth, of 2660 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; HPD; malicious destruction of property

$200-$1,000. Pretrial: Jan. 19 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Dylan Wyatt King, of 2374 S. 16th St., Shelby; Shelby Police Department; two counts of assault and battery. Pretrial: Jan. 12 at 9 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
