79th District Court arraignments, Dec. 27, 2022

HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Zuber

Joseph Kendall Zuber, of 3661 E. Baseline Rd., Shelby; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); methamphetamine possession and two counts of narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. 

Robert John Engstrom, of 8583 E. Pierce Rd.; OCSO; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 3 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Jacob Mathew Ustick, of 511 Wood St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); assault and battery and two counts of selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor. Pretrial: Jan. 12 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.

Engstrom

Marissa Ilene Smith, of 397 Walnut St., Shelby; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 5 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Damon Lamonte Morgan, of 548 E. Madison Rd., Hart; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 5 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/ 10 percent.

Nathan Norman-Michael Fairchild, of 9135 Adams Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/ 10 percent.

Chad Michael Looman, of 5845 S. Taylor Rd., Branch; OCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Dec. 29 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
