Five EF festival goers sentenced on drug convictions in 51st Circuit Court

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Pider

Cristy Ann Pider, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave,., Hart, was found guilty May 16 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Dec. 12 to 98 days in jail with credit for 98 days served; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs.

Alex P. Scheuerman of 939 Lois Place, Joliet, Illinois, was found guilty Oct. 17 of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic less than 50 grams and was sentenced Dec. 12 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of delivery of a schedule 1-3 drug was dismissed.*

Scheuerman

Daniel Richard-Douglas Brancheau, of 21349 Wick Rd., Taylor, Michigan, was found guilty Oct. 17 of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic less than 50 grams and was sentenced Dec. 12 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of delivery of a schedule 1-3 drug was dismissed.*

Hans Perkasa, of 726 Warren Rd., Cockysville Hunt Valley, Maryland, was found guilty Oct. 17 of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic less than 50 grams and was sentenced Dec. 12 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of delivery of a schedule 1-3 drug was dismissed.*

Brancheau

Brandon Dean McCann, of 792 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 17 of possession of narcotic less than 25 grams and was sentenced Dec. 11 to four days in jail with credit for four days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. 

Conner T. Brennan, of 73 Wheeler Hill Dr., Durham, Connecticut, was found guilty Oct. 17 of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic less than 50 grams and was sentenced Dec. 12 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of delivery of a schedule 1-3 drug was dismissed.*

Ryan Joseph Johnson, of 1630 Graylen, Tempe, Arizona, was found guilty Oct. 17 of two counts of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic less than 50 grams and was sentenced Dec. 12 to

one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $666 in fines and costs. Charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and narcotic possession less than 25 grams were dismissed.*
