79th District Court arraignments, Dec. 13, 2022

HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Mangold

Kayla Marie Mangold, of 1905 S. 124th Ave., Shelby; Michigan State Police (MSP); assault with a dangerous weapon. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Darin Colt Cunningham, of 2265 S. 186th Ave., Hesperia; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 20 at 3 p.m. Cunningham also faces misdemeanor charges of possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle, uncased firearm in vehicle and shining with a weapon in possession. Pretrial: Dec. 20 at 3

Marshall Alex Anthony Masta, of 8823 E. Harrison Rd., Walkerville; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 5. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Adam Robert Keller, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Andrew Joseph-Lester Alberts, of 17537 185th Ave., Leroy, Michigan; Hart Police Department (HPD); operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 5 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.

Stevie Lee Walker, of 29 S. Orchard St., Hart; MSP; operating while intoxicated.  Pretrial: Dec. 29 at 9 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Kenneth Hunter Orr, of 114 A St., Cadillac; Shelby Police Department (SPD); larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Cody Ashton-James Saunders, of 617 W. Arthur Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Isaac Robert Gale, of 360 W. Main St., Walkerville; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 15 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

John Charles Workman, of 215 N. Maple Island Rd., Muskegon; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); loaded firearm after hours. Pretrial: Jan. 5 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Madeline J. Valley, of 3850 Melody Lane, Hart; Oceana County Animal Control (OCAC); dog running at large. Pretrial: Jan. 5 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Ronald Michael Haynes, of 6220 Central Rd., Twin Lake; OCSO; trespassing and malicious destruction of trees/shrubs/crops/grass/turf/soil. Pretrial: Jan. 5 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Joshua Norman Norman, of 2838 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; MSP; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Adrian Quinton Green, of 1350 E. Wilcox Ave., White Cloud; OCSO; failure to stop at a property damage accident. Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

William James Reichle, of 985 N. Luce Ave., White Cloud; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Shelli Ann Pfenning, of 4976 N. Maple Island Rd., Hesperia; DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Alan Charles Wittkamp, of 3789 Johnson Rd., Hesperia; MSP; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Jerry Scott Boone, of 1418 Kenora, Norton Shores; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Dec. 15 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Kenneth Allen Gleason, of 393 Elm St., Shelby; OCSO; improper license and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
