79th District Court arraignments, Dec. 1, 2022

HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Estrella

– Luis Ismael-Lopez Estrella, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; Hart Police Department; second-degree criminal sexual conduct, gross indecency between males and aggravated indecent exposure. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Abrams

– Christian Lee Abrams, of 2365 McCracken St., Muskegon; Rothbury Police Department; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Hogan

– Megan Marie Hogan, of 8434 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Love

– Travis Alan Love, of 10883 Schow Rd., Holton; OCSO; methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Kubany

– Kristopher James Kubany, of 5474 W. Hammet Rd., Pentwater; OCSO; methamphetamine possession, narcotic/cocaine possession and operating without insurance. Competency hearing: Dec. 6 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Gager

– Brian Gager, of 4820 S. 180th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; methamphetamine possession, operating without insurance, improper license plate and improper license. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 6 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Gager also faces misdemeanor charges of possession of a spear along a trout stream, fishing on trout waters during closed season and fishing without a license stemming from DNR citations.

Berger

– Paul Allen Berger, of 3656 Railroad Ave., Mears; Michigan State Police (MSP); third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Probable cause hearing: Dec. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Ashley Michelle VanVleet, of 46 Chapita Hills, Shelby; Shelby Police Department; domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Donald Jamal Wiggins, of 45 S. Elm St., Scottville; MSP; DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 22 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

– Elizabeth Ann Paige Felix, of 10 Morris St., Pentwater; Pentwater Police Department; operating without insurance and operating without a license. Pretrial: Dec. 15 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
