HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Dukes

Matthew Charles Dukes, of 2235 W. Cleveland Rd., New Era; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); breaking and entering with intent. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

William Rhody Dwyer, of 405 S. Third Ave., Big Rapids; OCSO; third-degree arson. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Kevin Richard Martin, of 36270 Farragut Ave., Westland, Michigan; State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 22. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Shawn Alan Goerbig, of 922 E. Colby St., Whitehall; OCSO; assault of a prison employee. In a separate file, Georbig faces two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 22. Bail: $10,000/cash.

William Earl Smith, of 194 E. Lathrop St., Walkerville; OCSO; malicious destruction of property under $200. Pretrial: Dec. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Jonathan DeJesus Mendoza-Vasquez, of 6105 Byron Rd., Zeeland; OCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Dec. 8 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Erin Martha Gotts, of 50 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; OCSO; second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Dec. 6 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Cody Ashton-James Saunders, of 617 W. Arthur Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 8 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
