HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Lori Lynn Anderson, of 3860 Wilson Beach Rd., Twin Lake; Michigan State Police (MSP); first-degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 22 at 3 p.m. Bail:

Kyler James-Joseph Welch, of 2494 Whitetail Dr., Rothbury; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); second-degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Bradley Dean Melchert, of 790 Hoague Rd., Manistee; MSP; felony firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and delivery of marijuana to a minor. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Robert Anthony Curry-Carter, of 136 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); second-offense domestic violence and interfering with a crime report. Pretrial: Nov. 17 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Andrew James Lane, of 6151 Filmore Rd., Walkerville; MSP; breaking and entering — illegal entry. Pretrial: Nov. 17 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Patricia Ann Diehl, of 8469 N. 104th Ave., Pentwater; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

John Martin Levandoski, of 2120 Loop Rd., Shelby; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 1 at 11 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Jaime Andres Arjona, of 22 S. Orchard St., Hart; MSP; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Derek Scott Zuniga, of 8656 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton; MSP; larceny by conversion $200-$1,000. Pretrial: Nov. 17 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Alan E-James Boyette, of 258 Lizzie Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; larceny less than $200. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Daniel Martin Thompson, of 27303 Primrose Lane, Mundelein, Illinois; DNR; failure to prevent the spread of fire. Pretrial: Dec. 1 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Emmanuel Rodriguez, of 7211 W. Stony Lake Rd., New Era; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 17 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Dominique Niccolas Hampton, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; MSP; DWLS. Bail: $50/cash.

Isaiah Robert Clop, of 6588 S. 50th Ave., Montague; OCSO; failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Nov. 17 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
