79th District Court sentencings and dismissals, Nov. 10. 2022

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
- Daniel Richard Mathews, of 536 S. Harvey St. Shelby, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 25 to domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for two days served; six months probation; no contact with the victim; and $475 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense domestic violence was dismissed.
- Thomas Dean Ragen, of 2222 Osborn Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 8 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
- Derek Brian Hamill, of 3071 2nd St., Twin Lake, was found guilty Nov. 4 of DWLS and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. A charge of operating without insurance was dismissed.
- Michael John Nye, of 7680 Riverside Dr., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 4 of DWLS and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $460 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. A charge of making a false misdemeanor report was dismissed.
- William James Reichle, of 985 N. Luce Ave., White Cloud, was found guilty Nov. 1 of DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Billy Richard Huszar, of 3591 S. Water Rd., New Era, was found guilty of DWLS and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $525 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Karri Lynn Cipcic, of 459 W. Kirby St., Battle Creek, was found guilty Oct. 28 of possession of open intoxicants and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Cari Ann Bancroft, of 27 S. State St., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 21 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to $475 in fines and costs.
- Molina Felipa Rodriguez, of 4495 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty Oct. 26 of DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Dismissals
- Timothy Ray Crampton, of 732 N. Peterson Rd., Muskegon, one count of possession of open intoxicants dismissed Oct. 25 following a jury trial.
- Kindra Lynn Hoerle, of 1615 S. Desplender St., Grand Haven; one count of breaking and entering/illegal entry was dismissed Oct. 25.
