Police seek suspects accused of stealing $800 in merchandise from hardware store.

HART — The Hart Police Department is looking for two suspects involved in stealing about $800 in merchandise from Larson & Son Ace Hardware on Lincoln Street.

“On Friday, Nov. 4, 2022, the Hart Police Department was dispatched to the 10 block of Lincoln Street referencing a larceny complaint,” states Hart Police Chief Juan Salazar in a press release.

“We are seeking assistance in attempting to identify the individuals within these photographs. We are attempting to identify the female who is wearing a red vest with a pink long-sleeved shirt underneath and a male who is wearing a light gray sweatshirt with ripped blue jeans.”

Salazar said battery packs for cordless drills were stolen, and one of the stolen battery packs was valued at $250.
