51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Oct. 28, 2022.

The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

Wolffis

– Justin Jerome Wolffis, of 7780 W. Lake Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty July 19, 2022 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Oct. 24 to 10 months in jail with credit for 13 days served; work release allowed if eligible; and $598 in fines and costs.

Monje

– Franklin Leonard Monje, Jr., of of 2429 W. Northland Dr., Rothbury, pleaded “no contest” Aug. 29 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Oct. 24 to 17 days in jail with credit for 17 days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.

Majeski

– Julianna Marie Majeski, of 11948 White Rd., Ravenna, was found guilty Oct. 24 of a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to $800 restitution and $325 in fines and costs. One felony count of unlawful driving away of an automobile was dismissed.
