HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:



Nicholas Christopher Phillips, of 264 Brotin Rd., Muskegon; State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $10,000/personal cognizance (PR).

Brandon William Huertas, of 3015 Schafer Rd., Pinckney, Michigan; SSCENT; delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $10,000/PR. (Mugshot unavailable)


Wayne Joseph Tollenaar, III, of 1474 Yarmouth Ave., Norton Shores; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); operating while intoxicated and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Nov. 13 at 9 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Kevin Joseph Brinkman, of 4487 W. Hammett Rd., Pentwater; OCSO; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 3 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Jeffrey Dean McCann, Jr., of 63 W. 6th St., Shelby; Shelby Police Department; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Nov. 3 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

James Howard Wemple, of 3747 N. M 37, Luther; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Nov. 3 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
