HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court on felony charges:

Reyna

Julian Lugo Reyna, of 3908 Oceana Dr., Hart; Michigan State Police; third-degree criminal sexual conduct and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash.

John Russell Ritcher, of 8591 Robinhood Dr., Montague; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
