79th District Court arraignments, Oct. 6, 2022

HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Casanova-Gleason

– Jacob Bengermaine Casanova-Gleason. Of 8878 N. Water Wonderland Crt., Branch; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Probable cause hearing: Oct. 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Rempalski

– Elias Bernard Rempalski, of 2375 Roys Ave., Wyoming, Michigan; State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Takens

– Elizabeth Grace Takens, of 9875 Brin Pt. Ct. SW, Byron Center, Michigan; OCSO; fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 4. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Gardner

– Haley Marie Gardner, of 2504 Chestnut, Muskegon; SSCENT; delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 4. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

• William Edward Jeffries, Jr., of 3516 N. Ridge Rd., Mears; OCSO; operating a snowmobile while intoxicated. Jeffries also faces a charge of domestic violence stemming from a Michigan State Police (MSP) arrest. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. 
• Megan Marie Hogan, of 8434 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton; OCSO; possession of open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Michal John Nye, of 7680 Riverside Dr., Hesperia; MSP; false report of a misdemeanor and DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. 
• Mark Anthony Swenor, of 104 Washington St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
• Sabrina Kay West, of 5798 6th St., Mears; MSP; malicious use of telecommunications. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Kenneth Allen Gleason, of 8878 N. Water Wonderland, Branch; Shelby Police Department (SPD); larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Cyanna Marie Rogers, of 8878 N. Water Wonderland, Branch; OCSO; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
