Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022:

• 8:45 a.m., malicious use of telecommunications, 40 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• Noon, larceny, 10 block of Park Street, City of Hart.
• 12:10 p.m., disturbance, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
• 4:37 p.m., suspicious situation, 200 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Sept. 23, 2022:

• 9:32 a.m., medical assist, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 9:53 a.m., medical assist, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart,
• 10:26 a.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, Oceana Drive and Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 2:26 p.m., wellbeing check, 300 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 3:20 p.m., a 50-year-old Ludington man was arrested on a warrant, 400 block of Oceana Drive, City of Hart. He was lodged at the Oceana County Jail.
• 4:41 p.m., wellbeing check, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
• 5:29 p.m., damage to property, Enterprise Drive and State Street, City of Hart.
• 7:25 p.m., suspicious situation, 500 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022:

• 3:04 p.m., wellbeing check, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart.
• 3:42 p.m., medical assist, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
• 8:05 p.m., suspicious situation, Peach and Lake streets, City of Hart.
• 9:14 p.m., disturbance, 4000 bock of Polk Road, City of Hart.

Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022:

• 12:34 p.m., wellbeing check, 700 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 2 p.m., family trouble, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 6:35 p. m., found property, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Monday, Sept. 26, 2022:

• 12:40 a.m., alarm, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
• 2:15 p.m., found property, 700 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.

Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022:

• 2:45 p.m., vehicle crash causing injury, Polk Road and Comfort Drive, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2022:

• 12:15 p.m., assault and battery, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 7:44 p.m., a 43-year-old Shelby man was arrested on a warrant, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 11:17 p.m., a 59-year-old Hart man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, Courtland and Washington streets, City of Hart. He was lodged at the Oceana County Jail.
