51st Circuit Court sentencings, Sept. 13, 2022.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

Campbell

Caleb Terrell Campbell, of 1461 Marquette Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty June 27, 2022 of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced Sept. 12, 2022 to one year in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $898 in fines and costs. Two additional counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and one count of controlled substance delivery/manufacture — narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams were dismissed.

Esau Lemuel Guevara-Rodriguez, of 7146 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty July 19, 2022 of third-degree child abuse and was sentenced Sept. 12, 2022 to

two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. 

John Matthew Calabrese, of 6057 Danc Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty June 27, 2022 of larceny in a building and was sentenced Sept. 12, 2022 to 81 days in jail with credit for 81 days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of breaking and entering a building with intent was dismissed.
