HART — The following were recently arraigned in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Jessica Rae Ketner, of 2357 1 Mile Rd., White Cloud; State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); delivery/manufacture of

Daniel Richard-Douglas Brancheau, of 21349 Wick Rd., Taylor, Michigan; SSCENT; delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine. Sept. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/PR.

Hans Perkasa, of 726 Warren Rd., Cockysville Hunt, Maryland; SSCENT; delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine. Sept. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/PR.

Alex P. Scheuerman, of 939 Lois Place, Joliet, Illinois; SSCENT; delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine. Sept. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/PR.

Misdemeanors

Christopher Lee Merriman, of 4728 W. 6th St., Ludington; Michigan State Police (MSP); driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 1:30 p.m.

Bobbie Joe Ball, of 3995 N. 72nd Ave.; HPD; malicious destruction of property less than $200. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

William Carl Kolberg, of 432 Detroit St., Lansing; MSP; DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 29 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
