51st Circuit Court sentencings, Aug. 31, 2022.

HART — The following were sentenced Monday, Aug. 29, 2022 by Judge Susan K. Sniegowski in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Fitzgerald

Gregory Joseph Fitzgerald, of 4107 E. White River Dr., Hesperia, was found guilty of methamphetamine possession June 27, 2022 and was sentenced Aug. 29, 2022 to one year in jail and $198 in fines and costs. His sentence is to be served consecutively to another case for which he is on parole, his court file states. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Dominique Niccolas Hampton, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Aug. 29, 2022 to 102 days in jail with credit for 102 days served and $76 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from May 17, 2021 convictions of carrying a concealed weapon and methamphetamine possession, was revoked. “Outstanding fines and costs remain due and owing,” court records state.

Hampton

Shawn Louis Bertram, of 7990 S. 192nd Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty June 27, 2022 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Aug. 29, 2022 to five days in jail with credit for five days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
