HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Rocha

Felonies

Marisol Estrella Rocha, of 1901 48th Ave., Mears; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); fugitive from justice. Extradition hearing: Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash

Bowman

Timothy Ryan Bowman, of 29 N. Apple St., Hart; MSP; three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary exam: Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Mikayla Jewel Harrison, of 12515 Shetland Lane, Bowie, Maryland; State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Andrew Lee Madole, of 1477 E. Wilke Rd., Rothbury; Michigan State Police (MSP); methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Harrison

Alexis Nicole Riggs, of 2742 Meadowbrook Lane, Hart; MSP; two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Madole

Azeezuddin Jalal Aluqdah, III, of 3317 Sanford St., Muskegon; SSCENT; delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/ cocaine less than 50 grams. The case was bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety/10 percent. (Mugshot unavailable)

Trevor Lee Christiansen, of 501 E. Filer St., Ludington; OCSO; assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary exam: Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Adrianna Brittane Sawdy, of 127 Laurel St., Walkerville; OCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Riggs

Tad Lee Aebig, of 1430 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 1 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Christiansen

Wayne David Rainey, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; OCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Donaldo Perez-Salas, of 108 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; OCSO; OWI with an occupant less than 16. Pretrial: Aug. 25. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Martin Castillo, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; OCSO; breaking and entering/illegal entry. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Daryl Eugene Essex, of 5390 88th Ave., Hart; assault and battery. Pretrial hearing: Aug. 25. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Marisol Estrella Rocha, of 1901 48th Ave., Mears; Hart Police Department (HPD); third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 4 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
