Minor injuries in 2-vehicle crash.
GOLDEN TOWNSHIP — An 18-year-old Hart woman sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash Friday, July 22, shortly before 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Fox Road and 34th Avenue, according to an Oceana County Sheriff’s Office report.
She was not transported by ambulance or hospitalized, the report states.
After stopping at the intersection in a 2011 Honda CR-V, she “proceeded onto 34th Avenue, turning south.”
A northbound driver, who was a 28-year-old Hart man driving a 2005 Dodge 1500 pickup truck, could not avoid the collision with the Honda after it had pulled out in front of him, causing a “t-bone accident,” the report states. The pickup truck driver was not injured.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.
