Motorcyclist receives minor injuries in hit-and-run crash.
HART — A 57-year-old Hart woman suffered minor injuries to her left leg and right elbow following a hit-and-run crash Monday, July 18, around 3:40 p.m. on Tyler Road near Oceana Drive, said Hart Police Chief Juan Salazar.
The woman, who was riding a 2006 Honda VT750, was eastbound on Tyler Road when her bike was rear-ended by a light-colored Jeep that left the scene. The motorcycle fell on its side following the crash. The woman was evaluated at the scene by Life EMS but was not transported, said Chief Salazar.
The motorcycle suffered minor damage, and the rider was wearing a helmet.
