HART — The following proceedings recently took place in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Guzel

Nicholas Johan Guzel, of 3169 Sharon Court, Medina, Ohio; Michigan State Police (MSP); felonies of possession of cocaine – less than 25 grams and possession of analogues and a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Probable cause hearing: July 12 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Fabio U. Garibaldi, of 147 Camino Medio, Tomas River, New Jersey; MSP; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: July 12 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanor

Brent Thomas Worth, of 7538 W. Log Rd., Mears; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 28 at

Garibaldi

9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Sentencing

Neal Patrick Desomber, of 1825 Locust St., Des Moines, Iowa, was found guilty June 28 of trespassing and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $125 in fines and costs.
