HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Quinton

Cecil Paul Quinton, of 2798 Riverview Ave., Muskegon; Michigan State Police (MSP); first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) — victim under 13 years old and second-degree CSC — victim under 13 years old. Probable cause hearing: July 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $500,000/cash.

Eric Ivan Grimaldo, of 1084 Crestwood Lane, Bolingbrook, Illinois; MSP; two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of assault. Probable cause hearing: July 12 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Arkie Eugene Welch, Jr., of 2669 Webster Rd., Montague; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: July 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Jacob Bengermaine Casanova-Gleason, who has two different addresses listed of 8570 W. 10 Mile Rd., Bitely and 8878 N. Water Wonderland Crt, Branch; OCSO; breaking and entering a building with intent. Probable cause hearing: July 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety. Casanova-Gleason also faces a felony count of assault with intent to do great

• Logan Michael Nelson, of 96 5th St., Shelby; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: July 14 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 cash/surety/10 percent.
