27th Circuit Court sentencings, June 29, 2022.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Pulsipher

Joesph Crus Pulsipher, 26, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty May 2, 2022 of second-degree home invasion and fourth-offense habitual offender and was sentenced June 27, 2022 to three to 40 years in prison with credit for 80 days served and $1,258 in fines and costs. One felony count of malicious destruction of property $20,000 or more was dismissed.

Isaac Robert Gill, 33, of 360 W. Main St., Walkerville, was found guilty May 2, 2022 of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and was sentenced June 27, 2022 to 138 days in jail with credit for 138 days served; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). Gill was also found guilty May 2, 2022 of probation violation and was sentenced June 27, 2022 to one year in jail with credit for 318 days served; 18 months probation; and $2,458 in fines, costs and restitution. Probation stems from an Oct. 7, 2020 conviction of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Nathan Norman-Michael Fairchild, 28, of 9135 Adams Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty May 2, 2022 of unlawful driving away of an automobile/car theft and was sentenced June 27, 2022 to 74 days in jail with credit of 74 days served; one year probation; and $488 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of possession of analogues was dismissed. 

Jacklyn Sue Sawdy, 36, of 2451 Washington Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty May 2, 2022 of methamphetamine possession and

was sentenced June 27, 2022 to 130 days in jail with credit for 130 days served; one year probation; and $458 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Patrick Lee Meyers, 42, of 11537 N. Maple Island Rd., Fremont, was found guilty May 25, 2022 of a misdemeanor of malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000 and was sentenced June 27, 2022 to six days in jail with credit for six days served and $878.44 in fines, costs and restitution. One felony count of malicious destruction of property over $1,000 was dismissed.

Fabian Morelos, 38, of 4615 Pulaski Ave., Lyons, Illinois, was found guilty May 16, 2022 of a misdemeanor wildlife conservation

violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $2,125 in fines and costs. Felonies of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a loaded firearm were dismissed.
