78th District Court sentencings, June 28, 2022.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
Andrew Kenneth Rumsey, of 7340 E. Scout Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty May 16 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced June 27 to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,230 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
Richard Ralph Felt, of 8130 Garfield Ave., Bitely, was found guilty May 9 of second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced June 27 to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served; six months probation; and $1,830 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Matthew Michael Holcomb, of 719 135th Ave., Wayland, was found guilty June 27 of larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for 28 days served and $10 in restitution.
Melyssa-Ann Elvira Rodgers, of 9013 Wilke Rd., Fremont, was found guilty June 23 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Patrick Amstutz, of Shelby, was found guilty May 9 of weapons/firearms — under the influence and weapons/firearms — careless damages of $50 or less and was sentenced June 21 to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; must forfeit .22 caliber firearm; and $850 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
