The following is recent activity of the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office:

Friday, June 24, 2022:

• 11:08 a.m., harassment, Golden Eatery, Mears. A report is being sent to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office for review. 
• 11:36 p.m., a 34-year-old Muskegon man was cited for open intoxicants and a 38-year-old Muskegon man was cited for second-offense driving while license suspended, Oceana Drive near Clay Road, Grant Township.

Saturday, June 25, 2022:

• 4:16 p.m., a 22-year-old Rothbury man was cited for open intoxicants and operating an ORV in a closed area and a 26-year-old Rothbury man was cited for open intoxicants, Federal Forest land, Grant Township.
• 7:14 p.m., a 30-year-old Hart man was arrested for trespassing and on a probation violation warrant, Meadowbrook Subdivision, Hart Township.
