The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:

Saturday, June 4, 2022:

• 3:05 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), larceny of $285 cash, East Sand Creek Trail, Otto Township.
• 4:16 p.m., (OCSO), assist to Shelby Police Department for an operating while intoxicated (OWI) arrest, US 31, Shelby Township.
• 4:55 p.m., (OCSO), a 32-year-old New Era man was arrested for assault and battery, Forest Service Road, Grant Township.
• 9:18 p.m., (Michigan State Police), single-vehicle crash, Lever Road near 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.

Sunday, June 5, 2022:

• 9:20 p.m., (OCSO), a 34-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for OWI and open intoxicants, and a 37-year-old Hesperia woman was cited for open intoxicants, South 152nd Avenue, Otto Township.
