HART — The following were arraigned on felony charges recently in 78th District Court:
Marcelino Caal-Cho, of 5840 7th St., Mears; Michigan State Police (MSP); first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) — victim under age 13. Probable cause hearing: June 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $250,000/cash.
Susan Gaye McCleary, of 7438 N. Keating Dr., Walkerville; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO);
felonious assault. Probable cause hearing: June 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Ashley Dawn Lazrovitch, of 10713 Lamos Rd., Montague; MSP;
methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: June 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Julie Mae Mullins, of 2917 Brunswick, Norton Shores; OCSO; methamphetamine possession.
Probable cause hearing: June 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Jehud Edreih-Deleon Ramirez, of 1968 E. Fountain Rd., Free Soil; OCSO; felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing
police and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing: June 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
