Amanda Ray Tovar, of 2105 E. Union St., Shelby; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: June 16 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Katie Mae Sibley, of 4503 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; malicious destruction of personal property less than $200. Pretrial: June 23 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

David Daniel Rice, of 1956 S. Dangl Rd., Muskegon; OCSO; malicious destruction of personal property less than $200. Pretrial: June 23 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Rice also faces charges of DWLS and operating without insurance stemming from an MSP arrest. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Douglas Renier, of 2157 E. Jackson, Hart; HPD; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: June 16 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.
