HART — The following were arraigned on felony charges recently in 78th District Court: 

Pena

Gabriella Jovita Pena, of 355 S. State St., Newaygo; Hart Police Department; two counts of narcotic/cocaine possession and one count of methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: May 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Gregory Joseph Fitzgerald, of 8935 One Mile Rd., Hesperia; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing:

Joshua Joseph Norman, of 2838 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; two counts of

Norman

assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause

hearing: May 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
