HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Samuel Benjamin Mitteer, 32, of 3101 S. 72nd Ave., Shelby, was found guilty March 7 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced May 2 to six months in jail with credit for 94 days served; two years probation; and $848 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
Jacob Andrew Matthews, 42, of 2590 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, pleaded “no contest” March 2 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced May 2 to
60 days in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $758 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Donald Paul Adams, 57, of 101 S. Apple St., Hart, was found guilty May 2 of probation violation and was sentenced to 197 days in jail with credit for 197 days served; two years probation; and $908 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a Dec. 13, 2021 conviction of third-offense operating while intoxicated.
Clarence Burrows O’Neal III, of 835 Country Way, Big Rapids, was found guilty March 29 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced May 2 to 90 days in jail
with credit for 61 days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
