HART — The following were sentenced Monday, May 16, in 27th Circuit Court:

Smith-Totten

Lakesha Renee Smith-Totten, 35, of 273 E. Forest, Muskegon, was found guilty March 14 of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced May 16 to one year in jail with credit for two days served; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs. Two counts of controlled substance possession were dismissed.

Efrain Cisneros Tejada, 38, of 112 Parmington Ave., Hart, was found guilty April 4 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced May 16 to one year in jail

with credit for 92 days served; two years probation; and $848 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.
