HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
- Jeffrey William Wilson, of 3942 S. 198th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty April 25, 2022 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $1,230 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) was dismissed.
- Rueben Nathan Quinton, of 4801 E. Deer Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty April 14, 2022 of taking a deer/bear/turkey without a license and sentenced to $1,400 in fines and costs. “If DNR restitution is paid in a timely manner, there will be no hunting license revocations,” his court file states.
- Felipa Rodriguez-Molina, of 4495 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty April 15, 2022 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $475 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Anna May-Lynn Lathrop, 34, of 3109 Ionia, Muskegon, was found guilty April 18, 2022 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Dustin McKay Walsworth, of 5883 Deer Rd., Mears, was found guilty April 18, 2022 of larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $400 in fines and costs.
- Gail Louise Salazar, of 265 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, was found guilty April 18, 2022 of stray livestock and sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $200 in fines and costs.
- Jason Dale Wilks, of 9013 Wilke Rd., Fremont, was found guilty April 20, 2022 of DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Kristoffer Jay Humphreys, of 9449 Walsh Rd., Montague, was found guilty April 25, 2022 of DWLS and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for two days served and $450 in fines and cost. Conviction reportable to SOS. A second count of DWLS and one count of operating without insurance were dismissed in a separate file.
- Justin Wayne Camargo, of 115 W. 6th St., Shelby, was found guilty April 25, 2022 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $150 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
- Jeremy Salazar, of 5677 S. Oneida Tr., New Era, was found guilty April 25, 2022 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $100 in fines and costs.
- Jaime Gutierrez, of 11238 US 31 Hwy., Montague, was found guilty April 25, 2022 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for two days served and $465 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Kenneth Allen Gleason, of 393 Elm St., Shelby, was found guilty April 25, 2022 of third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $500 in fines, costs and restitution.
Dismissal
- Antonio Jose Tucker, 29, of 1703 Bailey St., Lansing, one count of destroying/damaging/removing a tree, flower, etc from a state park was dismissed April 14, 2022.
