HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Rice

Steven Geno Rice III, of 8837 N. 120th Ave., Hart; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); larceny $1,000-$20,000. Probable cause hearing: May 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Cristy Ann Pider, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; OCSO; methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: April 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pider is also charged with a misdemeanor of non-sufficient fund check $100 or less.

Eugene Cowell Heiss, 39, of 251 W. Main St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. Probable

cause hearing: April 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Ashley Bozeman, of 3404 N. 140th Ave., Hart; HPD; defrauding an innkeeper. Pretrial: May 12 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Justin Tavish Eitniear, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; Michigan State Police (MSP); third-degree retail fraud and expired license plate. Contempt hearing: May 3 at 9 a.m. Bail: $500/cash.
