The following is recent activity of the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office:
Monday, April 18, 2022:
- 9:10 p.m., a 27-year-old Fremont woman was arrested on outstanding warrants and a charge of driving while license suspended (DWLS), East Skeels Road, Greenwood Township.
Tuesday, April 19, 2022:
- 8:45 a.m., larceny of Oceana County Road Commission road closure barricades valued at $460, West Stony Lake Road, Benona Township.
- 9 a.m., larceny of $56 in fuel, Pentwater Convenience Center, West Monroe Road, Weare Township.
- 10:24 a.m., child abuse, under investigation, Johnson Street, City of Hart.
Wednesday, April 20, 2022:
- 9:35 a.m., a 27-year-old Pentwater man turned himself in to authorities on a warrant, Oceana County Jail, City of Hart.
- 10 a.m., a 42-year-old Muskegon man was picked up at the Muskegon County Jail on a warrant and transported to the Oceana County Jail.
- 6:05 p.m., a golden ring with a diamond and emerald was stolen and recovered, North Lakeview Drive, Golden Township. A 40-year-old Mears man is a suspect.
- 7:12 p.m., a 40-year-old Shelby man was arrested on a warrant, Oceana Drive near Clay Road, Grant Township. He and a 50-year-old Fremont man are suspects for methamphetamine possession.
Thursday, April 21, 2022:
- 12:51 p.m., a 35-year-old White Cloud woman was picked up at the Newaygo County Jail on a warrant and transported to the Oceana County Jail.
